Deer Lease Opening - Bossier Parish

I've got a few openings on one of our "premier" hunting properties in North Bossier Parish if anyone is interested. I've tapped most of my contacts, so I thought I would give y'all a pass at it. The property is about 10 minutes North of Benton and consists of +/-4,200 contiguous acres that has been managed for trophy deer since we bought it in 2005. This is an annual lease, but does not include turkey hunting, some of our investors are big turkey hunters and have reserved that for themselves. Included with the lease is year round access and use of camp house (built in 2009) and property (except during turkey season – turkey hunting is not included), off season protein, 30-40 club stands, club feeders, food plots, bush hogging, and we buy a couple of pallets of corn for the club. In addition to the club stands which are open to all members, each member is allowed one personal stand. Each membership costs $2,400. Let me know if you need any more info. or have additional questions.

What are the guest restrictions?
Do you drink at the camp house?
How many members actively hunt? Bow-hunt?
Any opportunities for small game hunting or waterfowl?

I've got all of that in a prepared email. Give me an address and I'll send your way.

Do you have any membership land for duck hunting?
ETA: Not this land, just asking in general

Very little duck hunting on our properties because they're heavy to pine timberland. Thais tract actually has a beaver pond that we've opened up some that provides a little duck hunting.
