Good grief. Brand new those things are $140 all day around here. Didn't know the painted dollar bills were worth that many actual dollar bills.
For the record, I have a C9. I actually like it, it's fun to shoot. I had the .380 before it. Both are shockingly reliable....if you clean them after every 75-100 rounds, and I mean religiously. Was really accurate too, mainly because of the simple set up, and the weight of the slide.
Plus, their lifetime warranty is legit. My C9 was given to me by my father-in-law last year. He had bought it sometime around 02. Didn't work for shite, the action would catch on the way back so the slide couldn't fully engage the next round. Would just end up jamming. I called em up, they said send it on. Doesn't matter if your the second owner, or owner number 200. The lifetime warranty covers it, plus they threw in a free mag to pay for my shipping the gun to them. I need to find a junked carbine on the cheap and send it in.
I'd buy another one, specifically the .45 just to play with, or the aforementioned carbine. They just need a little more tlc than better guns.
