Day 4 Toledo updates for all you idiots who pay to hunt

Let me preface this by saying I know more than all of you combined. At my young age of 60, I discovered a way to make my whole existence seem as though I'm 30. You can take what I'm about to share with you to the bank, here's why:

I've been an active TAF member since the early 60's
I've hunted free on Toledo since before the damn dam was built, I know the patterns
I run research for the green jeans, so they actually reload my lead shot for me and have it delivered.

I will always wonder why anyone pays for leases, the best wildlife is free and easy.

Today was a good day. Here's some pics and story on each. Had problems getting our mallards only because so many pintail were circling, it was hard to get a clear shot. I killed my limit on my first shot, so the rest of the hunt was my nephew's special Olympics team getting their limits.


As I said, pintail were bothersome.

As I said, I was basically done on my first shot. Here's a pic right after the retrieve by my 7 time world champion lab which was bred......Wait for it......for free! Tell me again why you idiots would ever pay a breeder when pups are free on the banks of Toledo Bend.
