Creature tearing up my back yard

Looking for some help on what may possibly be doing this. Whatever it is is doing it at night and could care less about the cayenne pepper perimeter i set up along my back fence. At first I was thinking rabbit but the scat is different as can be seen below. My neighbors yard is far worse than mine, but I've volunteered to eliminate the pest. Any idea what it may be before i set up a game camera?
