Ok. I assume a "complete overhaul" is the same as a rebuild? (they said they are doing a complete overhaul)

That seems really expensive. Could probably get a junkyard trans for way less...but then I guess it isn't warrantied.

It's a complete rebuild with a new torque converter and new transmission cooler. I considered either replacing or rebuilding it myself but since it's 4x4 and also was my only vehicle at the time, I went ahead and took it in the nose.
