Sorry for another cooler thread. I want something the size of the Yeti Roadie 20, but really don't want to pay $200+ for the bastard (but probably will) what are my other options in that size? I don't want a soft side ice best.
Also, if you could post where to buy with you suggestion it would be appreciated.

I've seen these, but have also read about a law suit. If you order one, will you actually get it?

I have the engel 19. Well worth the $65 I paid for it off of amazon. Keeps my food and drinks cold all day at work.

Good cooler. You can also get them from K2's scratch and dent section for like $100 if you can't find them on sale anywhere.

Are they even trying to not look almost identical to Yeti?

I can't imagine that lawsuit being a difficult one to win. I wouldn't buy their product simply for their lack of patent respect.

I really hate companies that do that shite. Very Chinese of them.

People will buy b/c its "a deal" , but that really screws the original company.

I really like the 20qt K2s. The shoulder strap is a huge plus on them vs other brands as far as ease of transportation.

My thoughts exactly.

To OP, I have a roadie that was given to me. While it can be nice, something in that size range shouldn't discourage you from wanting to use it due to its weight. The thing filled with 18 beers and 10lb of ice is a bit heavier and awkward than I want to carry any sort of distance. I surely wouldn't advise buying this size cooler with the intent of it being portable. It does make a nice sturdy seat though.

I actually have no intent of lugging it around. It will live in my truck and be for ratting around, or for road trips to keep bee....soda and candy bars in. Also, it'll be used by my wife so she can grocery shop on her lunch break and keep things cold until she gets home. My 65 is just too big for that.

I like my roadie for that. I can put stuff in at 5Am and It is still cold that afternoon, even in August. I'm sure there are other ones that will do that now.
