I think alot of it this day is anxiety. My job has me on edge from the moment I wake up (so I cant concentrate in the gym early), all day - so I rarely eat lunch, until I get home - then I splurge.

If I could ever hit the lottery or get a job without being hooked to a phone, I would probably be a rotund dude.

Love working out. Lifting specifically. There was a time years ago that I maintained a bench press twice my weight and a squat 4 times my weight.

Have not figured out how to juggle all my duties and hobbies. Working out always seems to fall off first.

Venison pizza cassarole and skim milk.

If only I could develop this problem

I do 50 pushups every morning to wake up if that counts for anything

I only lift four days a week and during hunting season I might miss a day during the week but I rarely do any cardio. I was 300 lbs and now I am 212 and was as low as 196. I love lifting but it doesn't get in the way of my hunting. This morning was my day off from the gym so I got up and shot my bow.

I just want a squat rack and bench at my house. The only time I can make it to the gym right now is between 6-8 and that fricker is stupid packed every time.

When I have a kid in about 42 days Im really going to need equipment at home.

What do you think kills and catches more efficiently? A fit coon arse or a fat red neck?

How far can you paddle?

You feel like you're gonna die after a 30 minute fight?

Your back always sore after a hunt?

See where I'm getting? The better shape I'm in the better my trips seem to turn out. Just saying.

I feel perfectly fine after a 30 minute fight, in fact I did it last trip.

I don't have to paddle, because my boat has a motor.

I don't have back pain ever.

The shape I'm in doesn't affect my trips one way or another. Just saying.

I'm 5'10 and weigh in at a solid 155 . I don't fit the fat redneck mold . I can walk well over a mike to hunt with a climber on my back and a Mathews in my hands . I can also wake up at 2 am to head to a tournament fish it . Leave after weigh in and be back on another lake till dark . So as far as being in shape and fit I can make due without working out

Believe me, we're not trying to do that. One person shows up late or goes over their time or has some complication and the whole appointment schedule is thrown off.

I never have an appointment scheduled after 4 but frequently don't finish the last patient till 6.

shite happens.
