Deer stew over rice and it's the best one I've cooked yet. Either beer or Don Julio for the game.

Chicken and sausage gumbo

Knob Creek Single Barrel and water

Edit: This is only my 3rd gumbo I've ever cooked by myself. Using one of my old mans recipes from a cook book he got back from the 70's. It's a good time to reminisce. Hope I get to do this more often with my kids.

I walked around the back of da Chinese place, I saw a huuuge pileapoodles, I think they were free rangin', pasture fed, before those Chinese ak 47's said, "pew pew pew"..
