Having some people over for a crawfish boil in a few weeks and patio looks like garbage.. a lot of this:

Just a bunch of spider webs and crud everywhere.. a broom isn't going to cut it. What is the best way to attack this and get it cleaned up?

Does not look like vinyl siding, but regardless get some Jomax and mix according to label with bleach and water, spray on and pressure wash (or even just a hose with a good nozzle) off, will look brand new

A couple of hours with the pressure washer. If not that a soft brissle brush with a water/vinegar/detergent should do the job.

Siding looks like hardiplank and ceiling like plywood. Just pressure wash like posted above with some sort of cleaner or go super light on a bleach mix

No pressure washer nor toxic bleach needed. Follow these steps:

1.) Head to Wal Marks
2.) Buy 5 Gallon Bucket (if needed)
3.) Buy RV Telescoping Carwash Brush (check automotive section)
4.) Buy Tub of Oxi-Clean Oxygenated Bleach

Get Home and Mix 1 gallon to 1 cup of Oxi Clean in the Bucket. Then follow these steps:

1.) Adjust carwash Brush to desired/necessary height
2.) Dunk Brush in Bucket
3.) Wash affected area
4.) Once done, spray washed areas with hose.

I do my soffits and overhangs as well as my siding on the back twice a year when the weather changes. Works like a charm. No need for pressure washer. Oxygenated bleach is easier on the ground/grass. Goes way faster cleaning too.

Does this method work on the dark stains/mildew and such as well?

Works on everything. Seriously. I clean it all with it.

go to Lowes or Wal Marks and get yourself a product called Home Armor house wash. It comes in an applicator that connects to the garden hose and costs about ten bucks. hook it to your hose, spray it on and rinse it off after about five minutes.

honestly, you'll wonder why you never used the stuff before....

Pressure washer will knock that out. I have the exact same materials and very close to the same colors and get the same spider webs and dirty spots. I pressure wash twice a year in early march and late September (my kids bday parties have me on a schedule). A pressure washer will do the trick. I do a quick presoak with bleach/detergent and it turns out like new.
