re: CHS alumni fishing rodeo is this week. Who's in?

Yep; we will see if the luck continues going into the rodeo!

I haven't heard anymore updates on registration; guess we will see tomorrow at the Captains meeting.

As for prizes, I'm waiting on the call saying they are in town and ready to be picked up! KC kayaks has sponsored all the prizes for the division, but I still don't know what they will be.

What were the final yak standings? My brother in law weighed in some trout that beat the day 1 leader, but we left at 8 because it didn't look like the final results were any closer to being posted...

I don't have the exact numbers, but heaviest trout was impressive considering the fishing today. 3.5lbs won trout; I had one that went 2.02 and there was a guy that weighed in one that went 2.01 to get 3rd.

Reds were plentiful, but small... My biggest was a hair over 27" and didn't make the cut, leaving my next biggest at 4.5ish and it took 2nd; 1st was only a couple ounces heavier.

2 flounder were weighed in; 1st @2.4lbs and 2nd was around 1.4

We had 12 people signed up to fish and only 4 or 5 people weighed in fish.

He was asking for the kayak division. 6 lb trout was for the inshore boat division.
