Learn me alil something. Found a 2003 24' baychamp that the owner had stripped down at one of those "renew" fiberglass shops like they have plastered all over LASM. Said he had around $10k of glass work done w redone seat covers, latches, etc. motor is a yam 250 2stroke that he had completely rebuilt 3 yrs ago. Hes asking $25k. All the ones ive searched for are around the same price. My question is, they switched from wood stringers to composite in 2003 I believe. Would that mean that the transom is fully composite too?

$25K is a lot to spend on an '03 with a 2-stroke, I would keep looking around. You're just starting the "boat selling season"...IMHO

ETA: Everyone thinks their boat is worth more than it actually is.

I think that's pretty high especially with a 2 stroke.
Just cause someone spent X on a boat doesn't mean it's worth what he put in. Recently repowere Le with a 4stroke would bring mid to upper 20's all day long I think 20k would be max on it. Still have '03 wiring, trailer, etc. to contend with.
Champions are great boats, was cream of the crop before ranger bought them out.

No..just no. That's high for that boat like they said. Be patient man they still have that frontier in bama? I know they have a a 2014 rigged out for 35k with 175 zuke

IMO the 24' champ best bang going especially compared to new prices. That's why they are hard to find and get premium used price. Make sure no wood in transom and 2 stroke hanging on back not great. Check hours and compression on engine.

Don't confuse asking and selling prices, when you say "going for" have you seen ant sell for that amount? because that is what "going for" means to me.
that boat with a newer 4 stroke MIGHT command that price IMHO.
