Struggling to post a pic but we caught almost a whole 72 qt. ice chest full. Anyone want to learn me on the best way to cook them? I only boil once a year and they are always just ok. Thanks.

Can't post the pic

This per boil plus some extra should get you started. Add potatoes corn mushrooms onions garlic. I'm currently doing a sack of crawfish and crabs I caught today.

I have a 4.5lb bag of LA seasoning, a 1lb. bag of LA seasoning and an 8 oz. bottle of liquid LA seasoning along with some lemons. Will I need to add salt to?

Yes. Your seasoning has some but not enough. For 1 sack pot I put 2 salts plus the seasoning

Sheezus...

High blood pressure much?

OP... You shouldn't need more than 1 can of salt. (I use Cajunland seasoning and have never needed to add salt at all)

But everyone's way of doing crawfish is different and if we tried to come up with just 1 recipe from the representing members of the OB, there'd undoubtedly be a huge brawl.

It's all about how you, or everyone else you're feeding, like it to taste. There is no broad recipe. You just have to experiment.

But since you don't boil enough, and if you don't want to have a bunch of pissed off guests at your boil, for God's sake DO NOT PUT 2 JARS OF SALT ON TOP OF THE ALREADY SALTED JAR OF SEASONING!

IMO, plenty enough salt in that 5.5 lbs of seasoning
