Anyone have any first hand experience with these? Been looking at the 2200 T-top with a 200 SHO. Seem to be well made and the price is right for what Im looking for.

A friend of mine has one and he really likes it. They remind me a lot of the old sea pro. Have a nice hull design and dry ride.

He got his at Atlantic marine in bsl. T top, 200, etc..idk how much he paid but 40k isn't bad with a sho.

You will really like the sho over the regular 200. Mine has been great and very good on fuel

It reminds you of sea pro because it is. It's made by pioneer (they bought the design when sp went under). We have the 2200 bay with a 150 yammy. We've fished from BSL to the south of Chandy in that boat. It's not a tricked out tourney boat but if you want a simple, fishable layout for a weekend warrior, go for it. Added after marker t-top, xi5, and 2 power poles.

ETA- And like any MS guy who fished the Biloxi Marsh, we've been caught in some nasty stuff in the sound and it handles the chop well.

It's the same hull as the old Sea Pros.

What brand TTop? I have seen the fishmaster and Stryker tops but read bad things about cracking on the strykers?

Stryker soft top. No quality issues once installed but they are a pretty shitty company to deal with. It shipped in pieces and took a while. I'd suggest asking a rep before you buy if all parts & pieces were on hand and ready to ship in full.

I've been thinking of downsizing boats, so I looked at the 17. It has no console rod holders. Makes me wonder how people fish in that thing.

why not just get the new Sea Pro then?

What year do you have? I have a 2003 and it's the older hull design. 8" narrower and few inches shorter
