I just saw the Bone View SIM card reader advertised on tv. This is the one you plug into your phone to view your card. Have you tried it? Buy or not to buy?

Know a guy with one. He really likes it and says it works well.

I got one for christmas last year and used it a couple times. It's nice to have but I wouldn't say it changed my life or anything, what is your concern?

It's nice to have to check your camera on the way into a set. Sometimes has some issues but overall not bad for what it is.

I had one. Used it a lot. As in 3-4 times a week. It wore out pretty quick and wouldn't connect to the app. As cheap as they are I guess it wouldn't be bad to buy a new one every year. Think I got mine in August and think it was done by December.

I got one last year... makes it very easy to transfer pictures to your phone.

Don't have to swap out cards anymore either.

I just grab the card... go through the pics.. save the ones I want to my phone and then delete the card and put it back in the camera.

I can then text or email my pictures without having to get to a computer.

Mine worked all year last year so I can't really speak to it "wearing out" as the previous poster stated. There were a few connection issues throughout the year. I would just close the app and then reinsert the device and the app would open correctly.

My wife bought me one of those the other day when they had a "hot deal" or whatever on Amazon. Think she paid around 6 bucks.

I haven't used it yet. I usually have to carry a laptop to the woods with me to check cameras.

Myself and at least 3 friends have had them for two years, love it. Don't forget to buy the adapter if you have a iPhone with a case.

That one looks great... I like the lightning cable plug instead of the hard connection on the Boneview.

If my Boneview craps out on my, I'll have to give this one a try.

I've used a card reader for several years now. Take up no room and easy to use.

Picked up an HME card reader a couple months ago on Camofire for like $14. Big fan of it so far. I'm sure most of these things are all pretty similar. Huge time saver and I don't accidentally leave my laptop at the lease anymore
