Blind Idea - Semi Sleeper Cab

This came across one of those Facebook items for sale group feeds I belong to.
Could you see yourself considering modifying this thing into a blind? It's not advertised as such but for $400.00 I may take a look at it. Worth the time for, say, a right-of-way?
Around 7'6" tall
Around 7' 5" side to side
almost 5 deep (from front to back)

Where I'm considering it has about a 70' elevation drop down a ROW with at least 175 yards of clear line of sight. Could just position it at the highest point looking down the gap maybe?

Sleeper Cab

I found several and they were priced from $500 - 3,000. After a couple of weeks I found a guy in OK with 30 cabs. They were like new and I bought 5 for $300 each DELIVERED!! to Dallas. Then the work started. I wanted them as light as possible so I gutted out the beds and all plastic and wiring. Then I sold 4 at an average price of $600 on craigslist to other hunters.
Looks like we're buying a semi load of 'em boys.
