Black Panther sighting in North Monroe

Spotted behind River Oaks football field last Thursday. Someone at work showed it to me today. I personally believe this photo is shopped but wanted to post the pic. I mean, come on, if the ref is looking at it (or appears to be) then surely he would have seen it.

The actual picture has her kid in it so this was cropped to take the kid out and zoom in on the "panther". This is how it was sent to me.
