Best place to get a Mercury 25 fixed in Baton Rouge?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to get it fixed ASAP for Toad season.

Jerry does not like doing major work on newer technology motors, so if you have a newer 4 stroke merc call him before you go.

It's a fairly old 4 stroke merc. If I had to guess it's mid to late 90's model. Whenever you start it up, it just starts rippin full speed. If you touch the throttle it shuts off immeduately. There is a broken piece on it which I suspect its the cover to the choke. I don't know a damn thing about boat motors though.

I would NOT go to Jerry's. He used to run a good shop but has made numerous mistakes lately. Really cost multiple friends some money to get it straight.
