I am 44 and do not care anything about lifts or taking the truck off road. I need 4 wheel drive, four doors, and a V-8...

F150 and Tundra have huge rear seats. Not that the Ram and GM are tiny.

All V8s are reliable, pick your poison.

I just bought a F150 crew cab. I like it, drives great, very comfortable, but it has only 170 miles on it, and it's back at the shop with a transmission or power steering fluid leak. I'm not happy.

Nowadays your choices are pretty amazing and I think they are all very good.

You just need to look and see which has the stuff you want.

I'm personally partial to Toyota but not sure I could say one is better than any other.

I wanted a Tundra. But it was about 5K more, and I didn't want to spend the money. Will see what the issue is with the F150, if it's anything other than very minor, I'm going to get my money back and consider other options.

I rode in an F150 super crew this week with a business associate. The back seat was huge compared to my 2015 Colorado. If my kids were still kids, I would get an F150.

Dodge MegaCab is huge. It is an SUV with a full size truck bed.

Back seat of my f150 has 3 car seats for 4.5yr old, 3 yr old and 10mth old. Plenty of room. Have a buddy that had a tundra and it has a lot of room back there as well. Don't go GM...they're tight in the back. No experience with Dodge.

F150 is my preference. Look at the Ecoboost before committing to the V8. I pulled a mini excavator yesterday and hardly knew it was behind me.

Buy a chevy if you want to actually drive the truck and not have it in the shop.

Tundra,I've got a double cab, not a crew max and still easily fit 2 car seats in the back. The crew max is huge.

But why do you need 4wd if you're not going off road?

Wow. Didn't you just get this truck like last week?

You may be in for a rude awakening when you ask for your money back, because you aren't getting it back. Vehicle purchases don't work that way.

I have twins that are in the rear facing seats. I can actually recline if I wanted to. I have the crewmax. Love my truck.

Why do you need 4wd? I opted out because I don't go off road in BR. My off roading is in MS and we have side by sides there that are more capable.

Nissan Titan could be a good option. Little cheaper than a tundra. Plenty of space in the cab, very reliable. Only issue is fuel mileage. I've got a 2010 with 80k miles and I've never had an issue.

Well, crap. That's a PITA.

To the OP, the F150 has most rear legroom, by far.
Going on trips with the family and using as a primary DD, this would be a huge asset.
