Best Camping Areas on Toledo Bend

My son has been asking to go camping and I want to bring him to Toledo so we can fish, swim and bike. We would like to camp near the waters edge and build a fire and be some what secluded. (I don't want to be surrounded by a lot of people i.e camper trailers and daily traffic)
I have been to San Miguel Park and they have a nice camping site but, it seems to be too public with a boat launch right near the camping area.
Thanks for the suggestions

Try renting a cabin or a house. Usually more privacy.

Try north Toledo bend state park.

Need to ask OBC. He's the resident Toledo Bend expert here...

There are many places but if you want to be by yourself there is a camp ground on the Texas side just North of Housing Bay this will be what you want.
It's been a long time since I was over there so I can't give you directions.
