Baton Rouge Honda 4 Wheeler Repair Help....

The gas just pours out of the overflow on the carburetor. I assume this means the float needle is stuck, but that's the extent of my knowledge of carburetors. The Honda places will want to keep it for a month just to clean the carburetor... anyone know someone who can get it in and out for me so it's not in the shop for the entire first split of duck season?

But you picked the wrong time to put it in the shop. You can't just turn the petcock on and off until the season is over?

Mine did that for about 1 day then quit. It might fix itself.

Well yes, kind of, but when it's on "On" or "Res" it runs out... even if the bike is running, so i would be leaving a gas trail and wouldn't be able to go far, not to mention the oil slick it would create in my duck spread.

Will it start/run? If so run the crap out of it around the yard, stopping occasionally and tap on the bowl with the handle of a screw driver. You'd be surprised how a little heat/vibration can sometimes clear that right up. If that doesn't do it and you don't want to take it to a shop then you should be able to remove the bowl(4 screws on the bottom) and blast the float valve with some carb cleaner, that may clear it up as well.

Called Rad Cycles. They quoted me about $800 for a carb cleanout with parts.
I think I will try some seafoam!

That's exactly what I would do. I would put some seafoam in it, run the shite out of it and beat on the bowl periodically with a crescent wrench. But that could damage it.
