Little angus has been watching old Fred Bear videos and is convinced he wants a Bear bow. In my youth they were top of the line, and since I haven't bow hunted in a coons age, I humbly ask ya'll if they are still good bows or should we be looking at something else. I want to get him a really nice youth bow for his birthday TIA

Couldn't tell you but I had one as a kid. Had no fear of losing arrows. (Prolly because i didnt pay for em) I'd sling them frickers 70 yards if it meant winning a bet

Yeah but you have to buy a Solocam sticker to put on the back of your truck.

They are good bows. Look at Cabelas or Bass Pro for a complete, cheap package for a first bow.

They're pretty good starter bows. Diamond is a pretty good starter bow as well. You can get them rigged for like $600.
