AR Upper Assembly Video?

Not that there arent enough videos out there.
Would anyone like to see a video of the assembly of an AR upper?
Just received the barrel today and will put it together this week sometime.
Im not a professional video shooter or pro gunsmith. I will use hand tools most people have.

Sorry, barrel showed up today.

Will it be a free float rail? If so I would be interested. Just waiting for my barrel to ship and I will have all the pieces to build mine. Hoping by the beginning of next week

It is a free float system, its an older VTAC system.
I am replacing a barrel so the upper receiver is already put together. It'll be everything else.

That's fine I just want to see how you install the gas block and how you install the rail and barrel. I have my lower and upper put together just waiting on the barrel to install the gas block, gas tube, rail and flash hider.

Well I tried and failed. Got the video, but its sideways and I guess I hit the lens with a clp fingerprint because it was clear and then got real blurry. 
If anyone has an upper to build and wants to play director, we can try it out sometime.
Ill just leave the videos to bapple.
