Anyone use any 3rd party companies for finding hunting property with any luck?

We are trying to find some hunting property and I am considering using a third party if that is what it takes to get some good land. Maybe someone knows someone that specializes in land along the mississippi river between St. Francisville and up?

You may be able to check with some of the reality people in this area ans see but to my knowledge none of them do nor do I know of any third party land finders
