We had another solid morning, nothing great. We aren't seeing a ton of birds but pretty much everything we see is coming straight into the decoys.

Yeah I hunted in Klondike Tuesday morning north if Krotz springs this mornin and I'm headed to grand chenier (sp?) tomorrow mornin. Seems like some people are killing them but it's a far cry from what it was in years past.

Bad news. Pipeline company cut a hole in the damn levee and drained all but couple inches in my pond. Some of my dekes are sitting on mud.

I went yesterday morning north of Jennings. Hit the limit at about 7:40. The ducks wouldn't land near our decoys, had to shoot everything on the fly. Still had a good time, I'll be smoking them Saturday afternoon.

4 man limit this morning, took us till 8:30 this time. Weekend should slow down because of no weather change.

The teal were around this morning but extremely decoy shy... I am going to completely rearrange my dekes in the morning. Maybe only use a small group and mojo
