Anyone remember butterfly knives?

I recently go some stuff from my parents and found this in the contents. I used to be able to work this like a champ.

I found one in a box when my parents moved several years ago. I could still go pretty hard with it.

I would probably cut a finger now, Bruce Lee was all the rage at the time and I even owned some throwing stars but no sight of them.

I remember in 8th grade (1986) they took us on a school field trip to New Orleans and just about every boy on the bus bought one from the French Quarter! We were all slinging them in the way back to school! Image if that happened today?!? LOL

Me and my brother use to save our allowance and buy all kinds of cool shite from Six Star in Houma..... butterfly knife, throwing stars, nun chucks, blow guns...... everyday ninjas in the back yard.
