Anyone here have any experience with a Girsan MC312 shotgun?

I've been thinking about getting a semi-auto shotgun. I don't want to spend the money on a Benelli. So I've been looking around for alternatives. Budsguns sells the Girsan MC312. It's around $600 and can be backed by a lifetime warranty through Buds for $25. There isn't much on the net about the gun. But, from what little I have found, people say they are good guns.
