How do you like it? I'm interested in buying one this summer...everywhere I've looked it's had very good reviews
This is the one I'm considering
P220 Stainless Reverse Two-Tone
Here is also some reviews I looked at
LINK
If you have any experience with this model...please let me hear what you have to say anything and everything! Thanks!

no experience with the p220 but i have a p226 (mk25) and i've said it many times on here that it's my favorite gun to shoot. i don't believe it's possible to go wrong with Sig Sauer.
if they ever release the p320 in .45 i'll be getting one of those.

My aunt (lives by herself) currently has what was my father's P220 that he got over 20 years ago. I haven't shot it since I was a teenager but the only issue I had at that age was the amount of kick.

I should be getting one in 10mm in the next week. Just waiting for Sig Sauer to ship it out. I'll be able to give you a review after I get it. I haven't heard anything but good reviews about the P220 either.

I didn't realize Sig had come out with a 10mm. I've been hoping they would sooner or later. I'd be interested to hear how you like it.

Do you prefer the 9mm over the .45?
I see the P220 & the P226 are similar in price...I'm just trying to figure out which one is more practical or better for the price...I'm assuming they are the same quality and work great

Other than the caliber, the biggest difference will be the grip size and over all size of the pistol. The 220 has a fat grip due to being a 45. Other than that I would guess that the quality would pretty much be the same.
The model I'm getting is like the Match Elite. A buddy had a 220 X5, and he says that was a very well put together pistol.

Alright thanks for the input! Tell me how it goes when you get yours

I already had .45 so I was looking for a 9mm.
226 is different frame than 220.

Should have clarified. I have a springfield 45 not a sig. Just wanted to get a fullsize 9mm

I have a P220 with the wooden grips. It is a great shooting gun but like some have said it has a fat grip. The one I have is a German made model.

So I really just need to feel the P220 and P226 out and whatever one feels the best in my hand I guess go with that one. This will be my first handgun

Once you grab the 226 Its over
I wasn't planning to buy it but when they put it in my hand I was immediately sold. It's hands down one of the most comfortable handguns I've shot. Chose it over FNX tactical and a 1911

Watch out if you are a lefty, the decocker is a pain.
Otherwise sig makes a fine pistol.

I have two West German P226. They are pretty amazing weapons. Love shooting them.
If I'm not mistaken the P226 won the official OB greatest pistol contest a year or so ago.
