They were my skrimps when I went in the water but I guess they became someone else's bait somewhere around the time my bucket became someone else's bucket.

Can't say I'm surprised. That place is full of shady characters. It's a damn shame how much trash people leave out there. I don't see how you can do that with a clear conscience.
They should charge a few dollars a person and station a couple people out there on a ranger. Just to make sure people act right. I'm sure that just a few dollars/person would keep slot of the miscreants out.
