With one shot?

I saw a buddy of mine do it this morning. He killed a greenhead and a hen. Awesome feat to see. Wish it had been me but I'm happy for him.

I think he's going to get them mounted.

Yes and I actually killed three Mallards with one shot. (actually killed two dead and broke the thirds wing). Its not that unusual, especially if you hunt flooded timber.

It was unusual to the four of us who were hunting this morning. None had ever seen it first hand. Heard about it happening a few times.

Pretty cool to kill 3 with one shot!

Eta: and four!
Eta: and five! Damn!!

If you hunt long enough you will do this plenty of times.

Seen it once. Buddy got two woodies that were flying the river looking to roost. Pretty cool

I~ve done it probably 50 times in my life. And I~m talking about on the wing. In fact, have done it 3 times in the 4 hunts I have made this year. Also killed 3 in a shot twice and one time killed an amazing 5 out of a bunch of 6 in one shot.

Happens a lot with teal beacuse they fly in big, tight bunches and simce they are small can be taken down wit 2-3 bb~s as opposed to bigger ducks.

I've killed a limit of teal with 1 shot letting em land on the water in the rice fields I hunt..........Be patient, whistle, boom dead ducks.

Never did it throw the air though.

I was in blind telling a guy about 2 ducks in one shot blah blah blah, and it was slow azz morning, the only two birds of the morning then passed about 10 minutes later and 1 shot 2 kills! We laughed our butts off at the coincidence!

pretty common especially for ARK wingshots ;) Really it is pretty common for wingshooting flocks - I have done it a couple of times and seen it done half a doz times or so. Never seen it done intentionally (me included) but it feels good when it happens :)
