We usually have a big hunt but it got too big so not doing it this year. Works for me because ill be on call and shooting doves and not drinking just doesn't seem as much fun.

Headed to Arkansas on Friday for the weekend to look at some land to possibly lease a blind on this year, and the dove hunts planned for Saturday-Monday up there are just lagniappe

Can. Not. Get. Here. Fast. Enough!

Hunts planned Sat-Monday and I'm working on a sick day for Tuesday if the birds are still flying.

Going to wax them in Husser. First season in years, that I can remember, that I won't be on a shutdown.

We have a big hunt at the farm every year. Haven't decided if I'm going to hunt or just hang out around the place. Probably going to depend on the weather. I'm not a huge fan of sweating my nuts off for doves.

First time going with a large group. The kind where everyone is sitting across from each other. Field is pretty big and we should be able to stagger. But it's going to take some getting used to.
