Anyone cook or process deer liver?

First, how should I freeze it?
Second, is it worth cooking and if so how?

My uncle and powpow love it. They either cook it down with onions or fry it. I prefer heart myself

I've cooked down with onions, just like beef liver and ive also made pate. It's definitely worth cooking. I ate it first week and have never frozen it.
