Any kayak fishing spot recommendations in BR area?

Does anyone have any suggestions on some kayak fishing spots around the Baton Rouge area? I'm looking for quick spots, no further than 30min from the middle of BR.

You can always try bayou fountain. Can be accessed from highland road park. I've caught a few bass there fishing from the bank.

Look up the St. James Boat Club launch on Hwy 61. Launch into Blind River and head upstream, underneath the Airline Hwy bridge.

All along Hwy 61 between I-10 and Gramercy theres a bayou the runs alongside 61 . Plenty spots to park and drop a kayak in the water there
