i'm still shooting stuff that i bought over 40 years ago..
keep it dry,,, if it gets wet, wipe it off..

Paper shotgun shells?--yes.

I have some old military ammo that was made in the 50s and I still shoot it with no problems whatsoever. Keep it nice and dry. And.....
