Ammo Prices a Decade ago

I was leafing through my 3-20-2003 issue of Shotgun News last weekend. Here is what ammo was going for back then:
5.56 Russian steel case: $0.10/rnd
.308 South African fmj: $0.13/rnd if you buy 4,200 rnds
7.62x39 non-corrosive: $0.08/rnd
I bought 2000 rounds of Portugese .308 at that time but that's all. The War on Terror was just ramping up at that time and it soon sucked up all the cheap surplus.
