Yea, I think the speedometer is affected a little and the gas mileage will be a little less too.
The Ram came with factory 33's so it's not that big a difference. I drive 7 miles round trip to work so I'm not really worried about fuel mileage.

You'll lose a little mpg due to the extra weight (a C rated LT will be similar to a P) Try to stay away from E rated if you go to an LT, especially if you don't tow very often. They are very heavy and will ride quite a bit rougher than your factory tires.
