I just recently bought the echo that accepts attachments. Mainly choose it because I had HD gift cards.... So far I've liked it. Haven't tried any attachments but have order the blower attachment since I found one super cheap on eBay.

If you get the attachment type go one up on the power source. You won't regret it

Get the bigger engine. Some attachments need it

That's the main reason I got a 4 stroke. The edger needs it, and it helps on hedge trimmers too.

Just bought the echo 21.2cc weed eater with the edger attachment. Also bought the echo handheld blower. I'll report back.

What's the best weed eater.

Two weeks ago I purchased a Stihl FS70R (trimmer) and a BG86 (blower) from K&D in B.R. after 13 years of dragging an extension cord. I have not been disappointed. There is definitely a break-in period. Since I use the blower nearly every day that is going pretty quick. The trimmer is taking some time but it only gets better.

I kinda wanted a 4 stroke weed eater though

They dont make many good 4 stroke weed eaters. Get a Sthil or Echo and dont look back.

The easy feed head makes weed eating fun. Listen to me. I could sell them. I'm not just blowing smoke though. I used a stihl for years doing just ditches. Real fun. Those bs commercials where the people are obnoxiously fricking things up. That's how I felt everytime I put new string on and it came out crazy. frick stihl. If they had half a mind they would have got the heads like echo.

Used my echo trimmer yesterday.. It's a bad sumofabitch. That quick feed head is awesome. Used the edger attachment also, and while it's a little awkward to hold, it worked good. I think there's an extension that you're supposed to use. I'm going to look into that.

I can get it looking just as Good with a trimmer compared to an edger. It goes slower but it can look very clean. Y'all must be rushing

Im in the market for some too.

Can I go wrong with either a Stihl kombi or Echo PAS? I'm thinking trimmer head, blower, and saw attachments.
