I've been in this lease 5 years and this is the first hog we've seen between 5 of us and we have about 10 cameras out. Food plot was rooted up pretty good last weekend and pawpaw tried telling me it was armadillos. I knew better and told him it was hogs. Put camera up Thursday and got about 15 pics of him this weekend

Good looking pig! Prolly 230-270ish. Sometimes lone boars will roam a good distance but it's surprising that he did that much damage by himself and you didn't get pics of any other pigs. Are you in LA, what part of the sate?

My guess is around 225.

This reminds me of my brother...we hunt in North La and have never seen a pig on our land. Every time a squirrel buries an acorn, he swears it's hogs rooting up the place.

That looks like a big boar. They are roaming bachelors so this does not mean your place is about to be taken over. Although no hogs is better than one hog.
