Hope you have small hands. No really, that's awesome. I fished up in north Ar-kan-sas after Katrina and had a blast.

allthough deff small fish it is fun as hell catching them. fished the colorado river the past 2 days and going to the arkansas river tomorrow. also hiking uptp 14,000' sat am

probably quandry peak. im in breckrenridge so its the closest and easiest 14-er. if weather looks too iffy i may just hike over the mountain to copper mt. that is a VERY cool hike but ive done it twice over the yrs

Nice!

Quandry is a great hike. If the weather doesn't look good you can maybe keep heading south to the Lincoln group or sherman.

That whole area is beautiful this time of year. Spend a little time around Granite, fish caddis on the Arkansas there then if time, move down towards Salida.

Always good pockets of public land to fish. And as someone else said, the collegiate range peaks are awesome. Also some pretty good hot springs back up near St, Elmo.
