I am looking for a 9mm carbine that accepts glock mags under $1000 to have some fun with. What kind do you like?

If you already own a glock lookup the mech tech carbine conversion. Hickok45 also has some reviews on it

I built a AR9 SBR on a QC10 lower. I love it.

QC10 is the way to go.

this will probably get some laughs, but hi pernt actually makes a decent 9mm carbine. I don't know about accepting glock mags, but at the price you can afford some extra mags

My friend had one of the hi-pernt 995 carbines, which he later sold and recently got subpoenaed for in Georgia, or maybe Tennessee, bc it was used in a murder, but other than that it was flawless every time we went out. We never submitted it to any crazy abuse or anything though. They are horrendously ulgy if that matters.

No Sub2k fans?

Going on 18+ years with my HiPoint and it's been quite reliable.

I swapped the stock on my High Point and that tremendously helped it in the looks department. Looks like a poor mans CX4 storm now

Quarter Circle 10 is the way to go, but they are really proud of their stuff. You can get a Palmetto State setup that is very similar to the QC10 for a fraction of the cost. I just picked up the stripped glock lower from Palmetto to start a carbine build. Hopefully it is as reliable as the QC10.

I've been debating that mainly because the original 995 stock was a flimsy POS. I don't know if the newer stock with the integrated rails are any better of it the ATI stock is the way to go. It cost me around $200 when I got it in the late 90's I'm not sure if it's worth putting more money into it as it shoot fine the way it is.
