He may have some problems from that video. State of Florida fishing regs. for Goliath Grouper (can't call them Jewfish anymore):
He had quite a crew filming for him - under water, drone in the air, someone in a boat, his own camera. I'd have been more impressed if he'd landed it standing up rather than sitting on the board while the board is tied to a boat.
