I love all things Cummins, but that truck is butt ugly. It's like the engineers all quit after they finished the power train and interior, and the janitors had to finish it.

Well.....
I looked at the images. The yellow and orange ones look stupid....but the silver, black and maroon version look pretty damned fine
Yall are just being stubborn.

Ps- these motors were bought by Nissan after Dodge went with the fiat deisel for their 2014 eco deisel launch and shunned cummins.
I own the Dodge and I freaking love it. The turbo zips me through traffic. And I've gotten 37 mpg when driving through Wyoming.

On second look....
It looks like they stole 'platinum' idea from Ford, body design from Ram and the honey-comb grill (ugly) from Chevy.

OP should never drive a 6.7. He would marry it and consummate it on the spot.

Going from a tuned diesel with probably 550/1100rwhp to a gas with I guess 300/340 is a big difference. I almost wanted to Fred Flintstone the thing when I floored it

Getting on westbound 610 at Elysian Fields in the diesel, I could get to around 85, and in the gas, it's like 65

I have had my Nissan Hardbody for 20 years and it had 4 miles on it when I drove it off the lot in Monroe. Never had one issue with it and I have 225,000 miles on it. Nissan went cheap in the late 90s and I see they still are. That thing looks awful.

Fiat owns Dodge. Makes sense they would use their own engines.
Would be even better if they would put the Iveco in it.

We run a couple of 10.3 liter Iveco engines and they are hands down better than the Cummins we run. And you do not have rear seal problems in high hour engines like you do with the Cummns.

Superior to anything out there. Cat has been shopping their engines to the big 3 for years and is looking for the right partner.

We ran Claas combines for years with Mercedes engines. They went with Cat engines and there was a noticeable drop off in quality they now supply Mercedes again in their big machines. Cat makes some good engines for certain applications.

the problem is that NTSB/NHTSA and even the EPA create silly and frivolous protocols for car/truck makers to follow. It changes, every year, but it's the government that creates these issues.

They gave up on this in 2007.

They never developed an engine that would meet current emissions.
