Went this morning with my son and SIL. First group of birds that came in, I didn't shoot. They dropped 5 birds. After that, not a single birds.

Shot three yesterday morning, but forgot my phone.
Hunted south of Kaplan with a guide service with my daughter and SIL. Total of 12 birds killed. Not that many birds down there.

A private marsh in Anahuac, TX. It's on the North shoreline of East Bay, right next to Anahuac NWR. It was beat up pretty good after Ike. Like no grass. It didn't start coming back until 2012-13 and Ike was in '08.
