Looking at one. It's got about 20k miles. Ecoboost 6. Loaded. What other details do you need? What should I offer? What do you expect to see as a starting price? What is most you would pay?

Looks like $30-33K or so is a fair price

Maybe start at $29-30 and shoot for $31 or $31,500

Thanks. That's what he said the offer would be. Just thought a truck that is almost 5 years old would be below 30

I bought a '12 2 years ago and got a really good deal ($35k new)
That truck still sells for $35k today.
They are awesome trucks too. Worth every penny and will still hold value in a few years

Go to autotrader and search for that exact truck. Might find one cheaper, might not.

But you're stuck driving a tundra so you have that to deal with.

Yes, and it will be on the road for years longer than the Ford.

That's low mileage. Is he the original owner? Can you get warranty records. Get the VIN and do a Car-Fax, if he;s been in for warranty repairs it should tell you. Call that dealer, tell them you just bought it and see if you can get the complete service records. Ford has the records and you they can download for you. I would be asking why he is selling a GOOD low mileage truck. Those are rare for a reason.

I was in the same position as you are a couple months ago. Was looking for a '12 and the prices were ridiculous for a 3 year old truck. I ended up buying a new 14 for a couple of grand more.

Go look at the new ones before you make a decision. I'm glad I did.

Lower towing rating and minimal creature comforts must be exciting for you.

Sounds like a Tacoma would fit you better.
