You have $30,000 to spend on a car

Only stipulations:
You can't go over the 30K budget
You are only looking at new cars
You are not interested in a truck or SUV
You are planning to drive the car for at least 9-10 years, so durability is a factor
Which cars would you consider? Which one would be your final choice?

So I'm not very financially responsible in this hypothetical.

Mazda 6.
Would also consider an Accord and a Ford Fusion.

buying a new car and driving it for more than a decade is considered financially irresponsible.
PA, It's interesting that you mentioned the Camry since the whole point of my thread was to see if there was a better value than the Camry.

You could buy a 1-2 year old car with low mileage, drive it for 10 years and still save 20% off sticker.

I'd be scare it's a lemon.
The WRX seems like a good one for sure. Don't really like the design at the front though.
Acura ILX seems decent but it's weaker than the Camry models from a decade ago.
