I'm friends with one like that, except she posts her entire crossfit workout for the day.
One day she said "I don't usually do this" but posted a pic of her body. After two kids...nice is all I gotta say.

Yeah, I hear people say this and its annoying especially if what they are going through isn't nearly as bad as what other people deal with.
