We can always debate rankings, but this one is pretty solid. Sure glad I moved to #5 in 2015.

Fixing Louisiana is like fixing the Middle East, impossible. The corruption and frickery is so engrained in the fabric of our state that we just have to accept it. At least the food is good and the liquor laws are lax.

There are not 37 States better than Texas.

Texas has the 12th largest economy in the world. Hard for other categories to drag that all the way down to 38th best in the US overall.

18 of the top twenty have like 7 total black people. The other two host our financial center, and government. Maybe we should take their excess money, and distribute it across the rest of us.
