What are the odds that these Capitol folks are letting the taxpayers pick up the tab for the repairs caused by their stupidity?

There is a timer that goes off along with pressure plates to know when a car has passed over them.

I'm not sure if these people are trying to beat the gate to get through so they don't have to swipe their card or something. Like trying to squeeze through behind someone else.

Paul Hollis's damaged Audi made me cry. That looks like an expensive repair. I know that crash also broke his wrist as well.

Except it isn't a card, it's a windshield app.

Which in and of itself is stupid, every state ID has an embedded RIFD in it already.
