WWTOTD wreck less driving report em?

X5 just passed us in heavy traffic on shoulder. Group of about 30 cars due to 2 rigs riding side by side. Group is traveling 76 mph. Had to be going 90 on the rumble strip. I understand his frustration. Would you snitch?
