These two asshats walked into the Matherne's in Paulina this afternoon. They didn't do anything - just stood there like this. WWTOTD?

Actually it is illegal in Louisiana to wear a mask in public. There are exceptions to the rule obviously(Halloween, Mardi Gras, etc.).

Yep - Saw a cop from the area post that in the comments section when trying to explain to people why it was an issue. I'm not scared of clowns or anything, but I would not be thrilled to see this while shopping.
