Since USA isn't technically a broadcast network and is "cable" does that mean they are excluded?

do I smell a potential Axle/Miz feud out of this?
I mean... Axle's all jacked up to be the 5th member... goes to prove he's tough only to get his arse kicked... then Miz says he was never getting the opportunity anyway
I could see Axle getting a run at the IC Title as a face out of this... and Miz would be the perfect person to help set him up for a bit of a push
